Our flight down to the Big Apple was great. We drove to Buffalo, parked and strolled to the terminal, got our tickets, and boarded almost immediately (not even time for coffee). The flight was 50 minutes and we were at our hotel by 12:30pm. Of course, the rooms were not ready so we started our tour. Here are some photos:

Looks familiar? Ikea has this as a large photo canvas…
Chrysler Building (tall pointy one)
So much construction around Manhatten!
Weird photogenic pigeons:
Yes, they were THAT close! Really weird. The more I shot, the more they came closer!
These bars prevented us from tossing Geo over.
Lunch at the Chelsea Market:
Little Italy and China Town:
Little Italy and China Town all rolled into one!
Radio City Music Hall:
We did the one hour tour. Only one photo turned out light enough to post…what’s weird is that it’s the one of the washrooms. Cliff Claven fact: Every single show is sold out.
And of course we had late night cocktails at the rainbow room (three Irish Coffees $20 each!!!)
There might have been a little shopping as well…

Our trip home was not so pleasant. Jet Blue flight 06 estimated time of departure 3pm: CANCELLED (due to weather conditions along the eastern seaboard). Next flight 5:30pm Delayed due to similar weather conditions. Then our plane arrived (somewhere around 6pm), but we had no crew because the crew we were supposed to have was still on the tarmac in Rochester. We have pilots, and a plane, but no crew (sound familiar). We eventually did get our crew somewhere around 1am…which means we got home somewhere around 4am. Lovely.
